Thank you for choosing Art by Bonnie Dawson! Every piece is created with care, and I want you to love what you receive. Please read below for important details about orders, returns, and exchanges.
Originals & Custom Artwork

All sales of original paintings and custom commissions are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.
Prints, Cards, and Stickers

I gladly accept returns or exchanges on prints, cards, and stickers within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied or if your order arrives damaged.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email bonnierella@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.
Order Cancellations

Orders for original and custom artwork cannot be canceled once production or shipping has begun.

Orders for prints, cards, and stickers may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was mine or the item was damaged in transit.
